Commission: Powers of the Mind

Adjusting to her Sylveon form, Solstice has been working on using her new psychic powers (YES I KNOW THEY'RE FAIRY TYPE BUT THEY STILL HAVE PSYCHIC ABILITIES SO SHUT UP). She's so enthusiastic about her success that she doesn't even notice that some use those abilities without even thinking about them.
